Feasibility Study

Eustace engages in all aspects of feasibility studies including conceptual engineering, detailed development budgets, and comparative cost analyses. Feasibility studies can include but are not limited to, evaluations of potential wetlands, soils analysis, earthwork movement estimates, and project phasing, as well as the development of preliminary site layouts and sketch plans all in order to maximize a site’s potential yield.

Our company has conducted feasibility studies for over 6,000 acres, for projects ranging from 3 to 800 acres, with aggregate infrastructure budgets in excess of $170,000,000.
