Project Details
Developed land development plans and documents for a 57-unit Enterprise Green Community public housing project spread across 10 parcels, as well as the design of three next city streets using PWD’s Green Streets Design Initiative. The design process included guiding the project from conceptual plans, Philadelphia Water Department Existing Resources and Site Analysis (ERSA) Conceptual Stormwater approval, zoning review and approval including zoning variance appeals, and technical design approval with full stormwater basin design for two systems including PWD and DEP NPDES approval, introduction of new city streets to the City Plan as well as PWD Green Streets.
