Project Details
Provided full site-civil and surveying services for the construction of a 74,500 s.f. industrial shop and office building on a 65-acre tract along South Main Street. The project included the design of asphalt parking lots, gravel and concrete staging areas, site utilities, and new stormwater management facilities. The new concrete and asphalt driveways required PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit approval. Eustace Engineering also provided floodplain certification and ALTA survey and As-Built survey services.
