Project Details
Developed design documents for a 36-unit townhome public housing project where tenants shall lease units with an option to purchase. Work included guiding the project from conceptual plans, Philadelphia Water Department ERSA approval, and zoning review and approval. Zoning submission was required as part of the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency finance process.
