Project Details
Provided site design to compliment the conversion of an existing 110-year old, four-story school building into 42 new multi-family rental residences. Site design included the construction of a parking lot facility to accommodate residents and employees, and a rain-garden to provide stormwater management water quality. The project involved coordination with various departments in the City of Philadelphia including PWD, Streets, Planning Commission, and L&I among others.
