Project Details
Provided site design and engineering services for a 97,000 s.f. three (3) story self-storage facility. The site design included a new driveway from Leverington Avenue, new surface parking lot in front of the building with an internal parking lot located within the ground floor of the building. Coordination was required with SEPTA and PECO related to the existing railroad viaducts located on the north and south side of the site.
