Project Details
Provided site engineering services for a new charter school facility on a Brownfield site. Project scope includes retro-fitting an existing two-story building, new auditorium addition, and associated parking lot. Our services involve stormwater management design, NPDES, and PWD permitting, utilities and landscaping. The project utilizes a unique engineering solution involving collecting and pumping of a portion of the site stormwater runoff to an existing manhole in Bristol Street.
