Provided master planning services for new multi-phased ground interment, mausoleum and crypt burial areas on a recently subdivided 12-acre portion of the Princeton Abbey.  Eustace Engineering provided design and engineering services for Phase 1 and Phase 2 which included two (2) new mausoleums, a new entrance driveway with twenty (20) new parallel parking spaces from Mapleton Road, new burial areas and sidewalks.  Since the site is located adjacent to the Delaware-Raritan Canal (DRCC) the stormwater management was designed to meet the DRCC’s strict rate, volume and water quality requirements through the use of sand filters and bioretention/rain gardens.
