Eustace Engineering provided engineering and surveying services for a two-tract, 47-unit Veterans Affairs housing facility. Engineering services included the full stormwater management design of two underground infiltration basins, each one servicing a separate tract of the site. Also included in the engineering services was complete erosion and sedimentation control best management practice design for both tracts, as well as the preparation of plans for both of these services and preparation of the necessary documents, reports, and permit applications related to Stormwater Management for the City of Philadelphia and for the Erosion and Sediment Control/NPDES Permit from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. The project required coordination with a large multi-party project team and project owners.
