Project Details
Provided civil engineering and surveying services for the construction of a 28,500 s.f. medical facility and fitness center located in the City of Philadelphia. The existing site was comprised of over 45 residential lots that were consolidated into two developable parcels. The proposed design included a 22-space asphalt parking lot, a subsurface stormwater management facility, utilities, and site landscaping.
