Provided full site civil design services for the six-story, 210,000 sq. ft. class “A” office building, with an attached four-tier, 780- space parking structure, three surface parking lots totaling 261 spaces, associated drives, and pedestrian walkways on 12.5 acres. The total construction cost of the project exceeded twenty-three million dollars.
