Construction of a 40,500 sf industrial warehouse and office building with associated loading dock and parking facilities as the new headquarters of Supra Enterprises. Site challenges included existing environmental contaminants requiring unique site design and stormwater management solutions. The project required submittals to WPD Stormwater for their Green Projects review, as well as PaDEP for NPDES Individual Permitting and Streets Department technical review.
