Project Details

Development of the largest project, the Virginia 95 Business Park in Fairfax County, Virginia, exemplifies some of the difficulties that our firm encountered and overcame. The 23 sites developed on this 125-acre tract, including 25 acres of a former rock quarry and borrow pit, required the grading of building pads for economic construction using ordinary foundations. Site modifications ranged from excavations as deep as 30 feet and fill up to 46 feet in depth. As Land Development Consultant and Construction Coordinator, Eustace Engineering provided the skills and the knowledge to ensure the successful completion of the project.
