Project Details

For over fifteen years we also collaborated with Robert G. Depew and Associates on several large projects in the Washington, D.C. area. Robert G. Depew and Associates managed the development of the Washington Business Park for the property owner, Allstate Insurance Company. Robert G. Depew and Associates also owned and managed the Metro Business Center, adjacent to the Washington Business Park.  Together, the two projects total 300 acres, with eleven buildings. We were selected to do the Master Planning, Site Evaluation, and Project and Construction Coordination for the various phases of this large development. We also performed similar tasks on the 200-acre University of Maryland Science Center in Bowie, Maryland, managed by Robert G. Depew and Associates.
