Project Details
Project Details: Site design including Zoning, PWD and Streets Department review and approval for a new 6-story, mixed-use building. The building will house 45 apartment units as well as artist’s studio space on the ground floor with parking facilities located on the first floor. Site constraints dictated very careful design to accommodate the proposed building while not disturbing neighboring properties and maintaining the character of the neighborhood.
