Women’s Community Revitalization Project
Provided site engineering and design for a 35-unit multi-family development consisting of 13 separate buildings with associated parking facilities and community room. Site design challenges included vertical relief challenges in balancing the need for ADA-accessible and visitable units while minimizing site work costs and retaining walls. Site improvements also including two sub-surface stormwater management facilities, new utility lines servicing the buildings, and extensive landscaping.
