Project Details
Developed design documents for a 90 unit, five (5) story public housing LEED-certified project. Work included guiding the project from conceptual plans, Philadelphia Water Department ERSA approval, and zoning review and approval. Zoning submission was required as part of Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency finance process.
