Project Details
Provided surveying and engineering services for a two-unit townhouse development located within the Overbrook section of Philadelphia. The project included subdividing an existing residential lot into three (3) lots and locating the townhouses in an effort to preserve the existing dwelling on the existing lot. The project was exempt from PWD stormwater requirements but required L&I zoning and building permit approval.
