Project Details
Developed land development plans and documents for a 94 unit, nine (9) story public housing project. Work included guiding the project from conceptual plans, Philadelphia Water Department Existing Resources and Site Analysis (ERSA) Conceptual Stormwater approval, and zoning review and approval. The design process included coordination with various existing utilities, coordination with the South Eastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority regarding an adjacent subway structure, and delivery access ramp to adjacent urban shopping mall and their effects on the proposed project design.
