Provided engineering services for a new 4,514 s.f. credit union branch.  The site was developed as a pad site by the adjacent fast food restaurant.  The project included parking lot upgrades, new utilities, site lighting, a drive through, landscaping and connection to existing stormwater facilities.  The project required an renewal of an existing NPDES permit.
