Project Details
Provided full site civil engineering services for the construction of a 28,000 sq. ft. auto dealership along with a 154 space asphalt parking lot, a subsurface stormwater basin, a gravel vehicle storage area, and a sanitary sewer relocation. Site grading was designed to provide access from the neighboring Conicelli-owned property as well as Ridge Pike.
