Project Details

Provided construction surveying services for a 224,000 s.f. the project, containing two new student residential buildings. We established site control points, performed layout for all phases of construction ranging from the layout for erosion control features to layout for building footings and all related site features, including storm sewer, sanitary sewer, sidewalks, and curbs.

We also provided services to reestablish the locations of previously demolished building foundations to prevent conflicts with a new geothermal grid that was installed.

As with all of our construction surveying projects, we worked closely with our clients and the design team to resolve conflicts and discrepancies with the proposed plans and actual site conditions.
