Project Details

Metrocenter in Nashville, Tennessee, is the largest single property for which we have provided our services. This project, owned by the Alladin Company, encompasses over 850 acres and incorporates a variety of uses.  A series of restaurants line the edge of a 45-acre lake and a railroad serves several warehouses located in the complex.  Northern Telecom has established its corporate headquarters in a nine-story building with a facade of imported granite. We have served in a variety of capacities, including Land Development Consultant, Project and Construction Coordinator, and member of the Architectural Review Committee.
