Provided civil engineering services for site work associated with a new 35,825 s.f., three (3) story health services facility. Site work included a new paved parking lot and concrete curbing, sidewalks and ADA access ramps, a trash enclosure, landscaping, lighting, utility connections, and two (2) subsurface stormwater management infiltration basins to satisfy PWD requirements.
