Project Details

Provided site design and engineering services for a new, modern 100,000 s.f. two (2) story YMCA facility with utilities.  The 40-acre site required new parking facilities with a boulevard driveway, extensive retaining walls, multiple subsurface and surface infiltration stormwater management best management practices, sewer pump station and stream crossings.  Eustace Engineering worked with the Municipality and owner to incorporate a pubic trail and off-site improvements to promote better pedestrian access along with flood remediation measures including on-site and off-site streambank restoration.
