Project Details
Provided site engineering and design for the conversion of an existing vacant school building into 37 units of affordable housing for veterans. Eustace worked closely with the design team and City to overcome challenges related to historic fill materials on-site, while also designing a sub-surface stormwater management infiltration facility to provide water quality and groundwater recharge.
