Project Details
Eustace Engineering provided engineering services for the construction of twenty-four (24) townhomes and the renovation of one existing unit. The project is located blocks away from majestic Fairmount Park in the Strawberry Mansion section of the City. Primary Funding Source was the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia and the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency.
