Project Details
Project Details: Provided site design and engineering for a four-story, 35,000 square foot building housing thirty LGBTQ-friendly affordable homes for at-risk youth, the first of its kind in Pennsylvania. Additional site design elements included a fenced in courtyard containing multiple art installations and a sub-surface stormwater infiltration basin. The project was the first in a two-phase development that involved design challenges to accommodate future site improvements using the infrastructure and stormwater management facilities designed in the first phase.
